All international and domestic online orders placed after 05.12.2023 will be produced and shipped after 20.01.2024.

Due to the sustainable approach, FROLOV pieces are created to order and tailored according to individual measurements. This service is free of charge. Your order will be produced individually in 10-21 business days after the payment or will be shipped within 3 working days if it's available in stock. Items from the Couture or Bridal collections will be produced in 21-41 business days after placing an order.

In our production, we focus on tailor-to-wear. This means that any item may be tailor-made according to individual measurements. This is a service free of charge. If you wish to take advantage of it, please note this when creating your order and our customer support team will contact you.

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE:
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by «Nova Poshta» service. The cost of service is free.
 
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:
We ship worldwide, with the exception of russia and belarus. International deliveries are carried out by 
FedEx, UPS or DHL Express. 
Please note that the shipment will be carried out from Ukraine. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. We are not liable for any local taxes, which must be paid according to the destination country’s legislation. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
 
RETURNS:
You have 14 days to return or exchange the item(s) after receiving your order. In case of return or exchange, goods must remain in their original state with tags on and be in the same package as received. Please note that any corsetry, underwear, gloves, and legwear are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
We will refund or exchange in 3 weeks after we receive the returned items. Shipping cost at your expense.

Taxes paid, delivery cost and bank commission are not refundable.

Our payment system is FONDY. We accept Visa and Mastercard and guarantee the security and anonymity of your data.
All online payments are processed in UAH based on the currency rate provided by the payer's bank.
